Appeal is underway for a sickly little girl in Sierra Leone who needs urgent medical attention as lack of funds is frustrating her treatment.
As a result, a Port Loko based organisation is appealing for Good Samaritans to come to the aid of this poor teenage girl. (Pictured: Health and Sanitation Minister Dr. Abu Bakarr Fofanah. Can you take the lead sir?) Below is the appeal letter:
NOTICE ‼ NOTICE‼ NOTICE ‼ NOTICE‼
The Each One Save One community based organisation in Port Loko town is soliciting aid from individuals and any organisation to aid this promising child.
Ms Posseh Tarawallie is her name, a resident at upper Kamara Lane via Electricity House in Port Loko town.
This child is suffering from a broken bone she sustained few months ago from a nearby village. According to her parents, the incident took place as a result of a fallen building that landed on her foot.
The family members have exhausted all means in both traditional and modern medication but the situation remain unsolved and the child continue to suffer.
The organisation is with the belief that only a bone specialist with vast experience in surgical operation could salvage her situation.
We are kindly asking for the intervention of meaningful Sierra Leoneans, foreigners and any organisation to help this innocent child.
